So yes, circumcision can prevent cervical cancer, at least can minimize the problem as compare to uncircucised...

I'm not an advocate for circumcision, but I have to say: There's a major difference in male circumcision, which is cutting a piece of skin off that covers the glans, and female circumcision, which is cutting out the clitoris. (This would be akin to cutting off the penis at the shaft). If done properly, the only side-effect of male circumcision is a slight desensitization of the glans. Female circumcision on the other hand...look it up.
